Great value for money stay near madikeri town , room was spacious a living room area ,place was neat and clean ,staff were very friendly ,we really had great stay ,thank you so much for your service.

The rooms were very clean and tastefully done.A special mention to Ansar who made the effort to personally socialize with guests and ensure everyone was well taken care of — I had a lovely chat with him. Thank you!A few things that need attention: — something that could be looked into for better guest experience.is painting.

The name mentioned here and the original name is different. So it was very difficult to locate the property

I never write reviews. But this was one of our worst experience.. The hotel/room/service were all worst. The room were spacious.

Rooms - It had seepage walls and it was not even cleaned once in 3 days and even before the stay. Had to continuously chase them to get hot water. No tv, remote etc.. There was no drinking water. Toilet Flush did not work. There were no employee to attend. We had to call them to find them. I can keep complaining.

This hotel is a SCAM. They accept bookings through Booking.com but aren’t actually synced with the platform. Your reservation may show as confirmed online, but once you arrive — surprise! — they’ll tell you there’s no booking and no rooms available.To make matters worse, the hotel itself is in terrible condition: the staff is rude, and the building looks like it hasn’t been maintained since the 1970s and big potholes in front of the hotel. In a way, I was relieved my booking got cancelled — but it caused a lot of stress trying to find a decent place to stay at the last minute in a new city.

My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. We were given an old room filled with fungus, and the smell was unbearable. Our trip turned into a nightmare, especially since we were traveling with kids. I had to cancel the remaining two days of our stay and book another hotel overnight through a different app. It would be better to remove such hotels from booking.com listings.

friendly staff ,very decent and great value hotel, i came for business work the speed wifi hepled me to work smoothly , family recomended hotel.

We recently stayed here during a vacation. This place is centrally located in Coorg and well-maintained. It was a easy check-in and rooms were fairly well maintained. The staff is very helpful... I had requested them for a charger .. they politely provided one..

Good clean rooms, good service. A very warm staff and wonderful service, we surely had a great time at the hotel. Rooms were clean and well kept.Recomended

Nothing. Towels, The bed sheets and the pillow covers dirty though they may be washed. We used our own towels. Bathroom not clean. Some toiletries missing. We had to buy them from a nearby shop

We never got water supply untill asked for. No one to take the luggae to the room. When dialled the reception, never there was a response. Everytime I had to go to the counter. Images on entering the room attached.
